Dr. Montgomery is a native of Atlanta Georgia. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree from Columbia College and in 2004 received a Doctoral Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Exceptional Education. Prior to her Educational Career Dr. Montgomery served in U.S. Army for 24 years. Dr. Montgomery has been the Executive Director for Options Public Charter School since 2005. |

Dr. Vincent is a native Washingtonian .In 1985 he graduated from the City College of New York with a degree in Russian Studies. Dr. Vincent was the Valedictorian of the class of 1985, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He was the first Black Valedictorian of the City College in its 120 year history. Accepting a full scholarship to Harvard University, Dr. Vincent graduated in 1994 with a PhD in International Relations with a specialty in Russian foreign policy.
Dr. Vincent spent many years abroad studying and teaching. In 2001 Dr. Vincent joined the Board of Trustees of the Options Public Charter School in Washington DC. In 2004 he became the School’s Chief Operating Officer. In 2009 he became the school’s Deputy Director.

Dr. Cranford is a native Washingtonian. Dr. Cranford has worked at Options Public Charter School for seven years. Currently, he serves as the Clinical director at Options where he manages clinical services and develops clinical programs for the school. Dr. Cranford received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland College Park and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. His primary area of expertise is the assessment and diagnosis of psychological conditions in both adults and children. he has a wide range of specialties, including psychological testing for ADHD, depression, intelligence, learning disabilities, special education, and other behavioral difficulties. |

Currently Robert is pursuing his Doctorate Degree from Northeastern University in Boston. |
